The Lie That Keeps Us Stuck

Here it is... the lie is "I can't".

I can't stick to a keto lifestyle.

I can't give up my sweeteners.

I can't eat that much fat.

I can't fast for 24 hours.

I can't track my carbs that closely.

I can't skip a meal.

I can't give up fruit.

These are the stories we tell ourselves that keep us stuck. We have told ourselves these stories so many times that they become our identity and absolutely true (to us).

But... is it true?

The truth is, we know exactly what we need to do next to reach our goals. We are only stuck because we haven't challenged our "I cant's" .

When we are willing to question these beliefs and start practicing believing new things we can do amazing things.

What are your "I cant's"?

Make a list.

Are they really true?

Is it possible that you can?

Start to notice when you think the thought and challenge it.

Most of the time the "I can't" it's a lie.

Most of the time you can but just don't want to.

If that is the case, own it! You get to decide.

But if your goal is to move out of "stuck", start believing you can.
